I reserved a lovely and spacious room with tea and a mini bar, and the breakfast selection was excellent with plenty of choices.

Great value given the last minute booking. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

Location: the hotel was so close to the historical center, the bistro and a bakery in town. Our room was great-sized and contemporary and had a private safe, central heating, and a TV set with satellite channels...

The staff here are very friendly and attentive, the room is modern with a comfortable bed, and they offer great services including good wi-fi.

Worth its 3 stars. This hotel was amazing base for exploring Provins, loved it. It had a good restaurant.

No bar facilities or lounge area Far to many workmen in residents areas. Car parking difficult due to building work.

Breakfast, at 18 Euros eas disappointing and we were rushed.

Beautiful setting, gorgeous little town to walk around, lovely shops with very friendly staff and owners, local produce and crafts. Fabulous food and setting at the hotel's restaurant. Lovely garden setting with opening French doors to the outside.

In most of the hotels we stayed in around France and Italy, we found that very few staff spoke English. While I do not think that everyone necessarily needs to speak English, I feel that in countries and towns that depend upon tourism for their livelihood, they should try harder to be pleasant and welcoming to the people who are spending money there.

Located in the heart of town, Hotel Aux Vieux Remparts is perfect to explore the various bakeries in the area accessible to the public. the historical center of the town is only a short walk away. the hotel combines old-world charm with modern facilities and offers comfortable rooms with great views. the room was clean and spacious. the service from the staff was friendly and polite. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.

We stayed in the Lodges which were excellent. The kids had an upstairs location, which they loved and wifi which gave them their teenage "fix". The hotel has two restaurants a high end and not so pricey one, both of which were delicious. The location was perfect, in the centre of Provins and with private parking. Loved the place and will definitely return.

Couldn't stay long enough!

The position in the old part of the town and the enormous bed.

Perfect location, old world charm, spacious room, friendly staff, great amenities.

Room had a mezzanine level for children, all very spacious with great bathroom, big comfortable bed & white bed linen. Arrived at 23:30 & very helpful night porter found us bread cheese meat etc! Nice pool. Right in the centre of a very interesting town. Good stop if traveling to the south of the country.

Breakfast a little expensive as only a continental style

The hotel was within the old town of Provins and had free parking. The room was in a separate building, across from reception, it was comfortable and had air conditioning and a bar fridge, but no tea or coffee facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room rate was expensive and breakfast was not included. We were in Provins on a Tuesday in high season, but it was very quiet and one of the hotels restaurants was closed. Very few shops in the old town, and they didn't open until the afternoon.
